Cogniforge sp. z o.o. is developing the DoctorMe project as part of the incubation process under the “HugeTECH Revolution Startup Platform” project, implemented by HugeTECH sp. z o.o. under the European Funds for Eastern Poland 2021–2027 programme, Priority FEPW.01 Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Measure FEPW.01.01 Startup Platforms for New Ideas, Component I: Incubation – development of a new business concept.

DoctorMe is an AI platform project designed for independent doctors and small medical facilities. Its goal is to improve access to certified artificial intelligence tools in medical practice without the need for costly integration with hospital systems or advanced IT infrastructure on the user’s side. The platform is intended to operate as an online hub integrating AI tools from various providers and making them available to doctors in a simple, secure, and compliant way.

As part of the incubation process, we are refining the business model assumptions, validating the needs of end users and technology partners, and preparing a simplified platform prototype. A key objective at this stage is also to further define the regulatory and technical requirements in order to prepare DoctorMe for the next stage of development, MVP build-out, and future scaling.

The outcome of the incubation process will include a structured business model, a clickable platform prototype, and a complete set of materials required for further project development and for applying for subsequent stages of support. The planned prototype is intended to enable the secure submission of a sample medical study or document for analysis by at least one integrated AI tool provided by a technology partner.

The incubation process for the DoctorMe project lasts 6 months and covers the period from 1 January 2026 to 30 June 2026. The scope of support includes both basic and specialised services related, among other things, to product development, market validation, MVP work, technology consulting, and marketing, legal, tax, and investment support.

DoctorMe to projekt platformy AI dla niezależnych lekarzy oraz małych placówek medycznych. Celem projektu jest ułatwienie dostępu do certyfikowanych narzędzi sztucznej inteligencji w medycynie bez konieczności kosztownej integracji z systemami szpitalnymi i bez potrzeby posiadania rozbudowanej infrastruktury IT po stronie użytkownika. Platforma ma działać jako internetowy hub integrujący narzędzia AI różnych producentów i udostępniający je lekarzom w prosty, bezpieczny i zgodny z wymaganiami sposób.

W ramach inkubacji rozwijamy założenia modelu biznesowego, weryfikujemy potrzeby użytkowników końcowych i partnerów technologicznych oraz przygotowujemy uproszczony prototyp platformy. Kluczowym celem tego etapu jest także doprecyzowanie wymagań regulacyjnych i technicznych, tak aby przygotować DoctorMe do kolejnego etapu rozwoju, budowy MVP i dalszego skalowania projektu.

Efektem inkubacji będzie ustrukturyzowany model biznesowy, klikalny prototyp platformy oraz komplet materiałów potrzebnych do dalszego rozwoju projektu i ubiegania się o kolejne etapy wsparcia. Planowany prototyp ma umożliwić bezpieczne przesłanie przykładowego badania lub dokumentu do analizy przez co najmniej jedno zintegrowane narzędzie AI dostarczone przez partnera technologicznego.

Proces inkubacji projektu DoctorMe trwa 6 miesięcy i obejmuje okres od 1 stycznia 2026 r. do 30 czerwca 2026 r. Zakres wsparcia obejmuje usługi podstawowe oraz specjalistyczne związane m.in. z rozwojem produktu, walidacją rynkową, pracami nad MVP, konsultacjami technologicznymi, wsparciem marketingowym, prawnym, podatkowym i inwestycyjnym.
